"WILD CHILD" IS FINALLY TAKING OFF!!!

Writing is a very mysterious process... Sometimes you have it and sometimes you don't.  When I don't I cease typing and wait until the "feeling" returns.  I don't push it.  I don't force it.  When it returns I immediately take advantage of the moment and type away!  "Wild Child" has finally taken off.  Meaning, it has a way of getting to its destination.  By the way, yes I did write the last scene of the play before completing the first act.  This journey is now looking very interesting!

"THE GRINDER" SHOWCASE PRODUCTION SET FOR SPRING 2014

The process continues and I'm happy to announce the return of most of the original cast members from the staged reading of the first play in my trilogy, "Women You Thought You Knew", to the showcase production of "The Grinder" next Spring.

Michelle Lamelza reprises the lead role of the aging stripper, Lauren aka "Diamond".

Christiana Blain reprises her role as friend and fellow stripper, Rita.

Al Roffe reprises his role as the gay "hairstylist extraordinaire" and friend, Romano.

Bill Russo, who played the role of Nelson in the reading will make his stage debut, in a role since written, as the grumpy strip club owner/manager, Lou.

The roles of Carlotta and Nelson will be cast after the holidays with actors on standby for auditions.
Thanks to Katherine Mylenki for the great job as Carlotta in the reading.

WELCOME TO THE TEAM!

From the start I pretty much did everything when it came to mounting my productions, from making the programs, flyers, posters, and scenic, and sound design.  That's what you do when you have no budget... Some of the weight will be lifted now that two talented gentlemen have reached out to offer their talent in future projects!

Wilson Exclusive Talent Productions is growing! Joey Vega as Art Director, and Tony Cathcart as Makeup Artist join the team for upcoming projects. And a special mention to "super producer"Alexa Birdsong for offering her help. Thanks for reaching out guys!

September-Showcase Production of "Wild Child", Principle photography of "A Wound In Time" begins
October/November-Rehearsals and 2 week run of entire trilogy "Women You Thought You Knew"

CAST ALMOST COMPLETE FOR FEBRUARY OR MARCH READING OF "SILK STOCKINGS AND A BIBLE"

The casting of the staged reading of the 2nd play in my trilogy "Women You Thought You Knew" is almost completed.  I will post the cast and their pics at that time.  You will see some familiar faces from previous projects.  I am casting carefully seeking folks that I know can continue on to full production.  It saves lots of time in rehearsal when you have a cast that knows the story and characters from having participated in the reading.  Since I will be having readings of each play followed by its showcase practically back to back so this is the smartest way to proceed; with a cast that I KNOW is professional, and responsible... Stay tune.  It's about to get busy!
