Just got the final schedule for our presentation at the Harlem Arts Festival in Marcus Garvey Park on Sunday, June 29th from 5:30-6:30. I'll present the entire first scene of my new play, a Swing Era drama set in Harlem; a scene from my Off Broadway mystery/thriller and upcoming feature film set in Spanish Harlem; and a scene from my historical Creole drama set in 1800's Louisiana. Hope to see you there!

What a pleasant surprise! Scenes from my "Harlem relevant" plays, "A Wound In Time", "Blood Makes The Red River Flow", and one of my newest plays, "Silk Stockings and a Bible" will be performed this June at Marcus Garvey Park! I am truly grateful and validated! Thank you!

It was a journey filled with serendipity as I traveled to Italy, which I consider to be the cultural capital of the world, in search of my Bohemia. I didn't know if it would be the north or the south where my creative soul could be nurtured, but I found out soon enough... I have returned all set to begin play rehearsals, staging, and the pre production for my feature. All this activity will fill the entire year. The creative overflow, surely soothing to my soul, has also seemed to have had a positive impact on me physically as well. Enjoy the pics! I'll be adding more.
